At Fidelity National Title, we’re known for our great customer service team — but, like the rest of us, they can’t be everywhere at once. That’s why we’re so excited to introduce an after hours option: Fidelity 24/7. This is the update you have been clamoring for, and we listened!
Fidelity 24/7 is the access point for crucial information like plat maps, deeds, CC&Rs, and tax information. With this new tool, you can find the data you need with just a few keystrokes.
“We’re super excited to roll out this new tool,” says Customer Service Manager and Education Coordinator Michelle Arevalo. “We LOVE helping our clients with all of their Customer Service needs, but I know it’s extremely important for our clients to have access to this information 24/7. This new tool will allow that.”
Accessing Fidelity 24/7 is easy; in fact, if you’re a current client, you should have already received login and password information via email (if you didn’t, please check your spam folder. We’re happy to resend the information if it’s missing.) If you don’t have an email, signing up is simple: Just contact our customer service department and ask for your login.
As always, we hope you call our customer service department during normal working hours so they can help you with whatever you might need. But after the office closes, Fidelity 24/7 is the backstop that can help you whenever you need information in a flash.
