Rosie Mustic, our newest escrow assistant, may be new to the FNT Nampa office — but she’s definitely a familiar face.
“I’m excited to work here because for the last four years as a real estate agent, I have worked side-by-side with the team at Fidelity,” Rosie says. “Phil (Archer) was my escrow officer. I love the way Fidelity works and I’m excited to be part of the team. I was ready for a change, and here I am!”
Rosie is one of many fresh faces you’ll see at our offices. FNT has been carefully and strategically expanding for months.
“This market is unlike anything we’ve seen before in the Treasure Valley, and we want to help our clients make the most of it,” says Phil Archer, VP, Treasure Valley Manager. “For the past several months, we have been hiring targeted positions that we believe will have the greatest impact. We want our clients to feel supported through every single step of their transactions.”
Rosie brings bilingual skills and a customer-oriented approach to her work. “Our clients are the reason we have business and success,” she says. “So treating them the way I’d like to be treated is how I approach all interactions.”
Rosie might be our newest hire, but you can anticipate even more new faces in the coming weeks and months. “I’m proud of our team and the attention and responsiveness they bring to our office,” Phil says. “Every new hire is an opportunity to expand those skills and better serve our valley. We want our clients to know that we have their backs — no matter what.”
