We’ve been steadily expanding this year to better serve you — and this month is no exception! FNT Idaho is excited to introduce you to Parker Morgan, our newest sales executive. We asked Parker a few questions so you can get to know him.
What drew you to Fidelity National Title?
I had the opportunity of meeting some of the Fidelity leaders through my previous job, working at a local country club in Boise as a bag boy. In my time at the country club I got to know the leadership, clients, and other employees that worked for and with Fidelity. Everyone I encountered from Fidelity had nothing but respect and kindness towards me! The culture of being successful, yet also very humble, was attractive to me.
When I was invited in for an interview, I was beyond exited to pursue a career with Fidelity! One day, after I’ve found success, I hope to be able to look back and pull someone else up to more opportunity the same way I was.
What’s your approach to customer service?
Customer service is about listening to the customer and hearing the needs and wants that also provide value to the customer. The important thing is paying attention to every detail and going above and beyond to shatter a customer’s expectations!
What do you like best about your work?
I enjoy going to the office, because I know everyone is going to do their job so the day can run smoothly. I 100 percent trust my co-workers and know I can depend on them in any situation.
What’s your favorite movie and why?
My favorite movie is “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off,” because it has a great message!
What’s your go-to guilty pleasure?
I love Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups a little too much sometimes!
